BOXING – 45 minutes

Boxing is an exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit and fighting strong.  Unlike traditional boxing that requires you to spar with a partner, we provide freestanding and hanging boxing bags for clients.  Boxing is a great cardio session to improve body composition, strength and fitness, plus the added benefit of reduced anxiety and stress levels.
